Yes, you can, but for reschedules please put aside the app and give us a call on our main number to cancel and reschedule. We want to have top notch communication to ensure your needs are met.

Yes, you must schedule in the app by 4:30pm to receive your package the same day.

In both cases, we will sign for the package when it arrives at our secure facility. When we deliver, we will require a valid ID (U.S. driver's license, state ID, or passport) and a signature. For alcohol, a person age 21 or older must complete the prior requirements.

We can accept packages that are under 50lbs. The maximum dimensions are 36" x 36" x 36". If your needs exceed these guidelines, please contact us for a custom quote. The $5 delivery fee is per trip, up to three packages. The 4th - 6th packages would incur another $5 fee total for the three and so on. The idea behind this is that retailers will often split orders into multiple packages. It wouldn't be fair to you to charge you for something that you can't control. We will hold packages up to 7 calendar days before an additional charge of $5 per package per day will be charged.
