Q: What is Sunset deliveries?
A: Sunset deliveries is a fresh new delivery service that operates in South Lantau, Hong Kong. Deliveries will initially only operate in Mui Wo, but we will soon aim to expand to locations that include: Pui O, Cheung Sha, and Tong Fuk.
We seamlessly connect our customers to their favourite dining spots. It takes just a few clicks to place an order from our platform to place an order through Sunset Deliveries from your favourite restaurants.
Q:How much will it cost me to place an order?
A: The only extra charges that might be applied are the restaurant delivery fees. This is a fixed fee of 30HKD for any delivery made within Mui Wo.
Please note: Certain locations may require the customer to set a closer checkpoint to meet our rider.
Q: Do you have special offers?
A: Yes. Restaurants can choose to offer promotional codes to customers on certain days, or during certain hours. You can view the latest restaurant promotions and discount coupon on the Offers tab.
Q: Do you have Debit Card/Credit Card services?
A: Yes, most of the restaurants on Sunset Deliveries support online payment options for Debit/Credit cards. Here you can find all the available payment methods we provide:
Q: How do I place an order on Sunset Deliveries?
A: Follow these simple instructions:
Q: If I placed an order, how long will the delivery take?
A: This depends on the restaurant's estimated delivery team, from the time the food is collected by our rider it will take approximately 20 minutes to deliver your goods to your desired location.
Q: I just placed an order, but I’m not sure if you’ve received it. What do I do?
A: Once an order has been placed, you will receive an SMS text notification saying your rider is on the way. You can also message your assigned rider to discuss potential meeting point or ETA.
Q: I forgot to add an item to my order. What do I do?
A: Contact us via. our support email or phone number to add, remove or change items from your order. However please note that if the restaurant has already dispatched your order then any additional items may be accounted as a new order.
Q: I was not happy with my order. Who should I contact?
A: If you have any issues with your order, you can notify us by calling our hotline at 9713 1311 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and your query will be handled by our customer support team.
